What's the advantage of using a "spiral plot" over the traditional plot system?
to be honest, we don't know :) but if you close the only entrance to the spiral plot, you will trap rainwater in the pathways and it will retain more water. the main reason why we made a spiral plot is " it looks good... hehehe..."
Two more weeks and our spiral plot will give its first batch of salad greens.
